Youth Development Professional

Hours : 6 : 30am - 6 : 30pm (up to 29.5 hrs. per week)
Status : Hourly / Non-Exempt
Compensation : $15.00-$18.00 per hour based on experience

Job Summary
The Youth Development Professional will be hands-on with the youth to implement curriculum and programming on a day to day basis.
This role is responsible for the supervision and safety of all program participants as well as relationship building. This role will ensure that they follow all DHS Chapter 3270 Regulations and BGCA Safety requirements.
Requirements
A Youth Development Professional shall have attained one of the following qualification levels :
A high school diploma or a general educational development certificate and 2500 hours experience working with children. (Can be babysitting excluding your own family members)
Ability to tolerate environmental conditions : air conditioning, heat, dust fumes, noise, close quarters, etc.
Perform all additional duties and tasks assigned by leadership / supervisors.
